Shipping Policy

Domestic – United States

  • United States orders under $100 ship for $3.90-$14.00 depending on the weight
  • Orders over $100 in the United States ship free. Hooray!
  • Shipments usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

International

  • Shipments usually take 7-10 business days to arrive
  • Shipped by weight to the countries listed: Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Ireland, Isle of Man, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Poland, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Portugal, Switzerland, Tajikistan, South Africa, Belgium, Greece, United Kingdom, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Romania, Malta, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, South Korea
  • Attn United Kingdom customers: Most packages are held at the local post office when they arrive because of VAT and duties so please be aware that the wrenches may not be delivered directly to your door.

**Christmas Shipping Schedule: Orders must be placed four full business days to ensure delivery by Christmas (Domestic only)

 

For the most part we use USPS Ground Advantage to deliver your orders. We ship orders out of our office location in Orange City Iowa which is dead-smack in the middle of the USA which means most orders can get from coast to coast in about 3 days...but sometimes there are some exceptions and we apologize in advance for the extra day it might take.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Central will usually ship the next business day. If you place your order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, don't expect a shipping/tracking number until Monday when we're back in the office (yes, we take Saturdays and Sundays off). Occasionally we'll ship on Saturdays, but don't plan on it. Once we print the shipping label, your order will be updated with tracking information. 

*Natural Disaster Disclaimer - you will not be refunded shipping if your shipment was delayed due to a natural disaster (hurricanes, blizzards, tornado, floods, fires, etc.).
